BMW E36 M3's are a GREAT vehicle candidate for turbos. One of the MAIN issues with this when using a medium or large frame turbo, is the air intake to the turbo is insufficient. The only way to solve this issue is to remove the A/C compressor to gain air flow to the turbo when using a bottom mount turbo set up. My Bigugly A/C relocation bracket kit moves the stock BMW air compressor over the alternator. This allows you to run LARGE air intake tracts to your turbo. My own M3 benefits from this with a 4 inch inlet that is unrestricted to the turbo. I have tested this bracket now for over 6 months and 10,000+ miles with no issues. Belt alignment is perfect, and does not interfere with the factory mechanical fan. Charge piping from the intercooler to the throttle must be modified when this kit is installed, along with a/c lines. A local shop should easily be able to create one line from the bulk head on the firewall to the compressor (1) and from the condenser to the compressor (2). In the future I may be supplying hoses as well, but at the moment there are too many ways to skin a cat when installing a turbo on these cars, thus my hoses are difficult to be consistently fit different cars due to locations of various components.

My bracket is made out of 1/2 inch aluminum plate that is CNC billet machined. Brackets are TIG welded by a certified welder. Pulleys included in the kit are OEM BMW pulleys modified to my specification.  All parts are available separately, should a situation come up that replacement parts are needed.

You can see that a 4 inch intake can easily be installed without heavy modifications. Anti sway bar locations and other key items are not affected.

When going for big horsepower with your BMW, or any engine for that matter you need the fuel to support it! This is the solution. This fuel rail is made out of billet fuel rail stock, and is designed to fuel 1000+ hp engines. Machined to exact tolerances to fit M50's S50's, M52's, S52 intakes. This fuel rail is pre-drilled for your fuel injectors. The ends can either be left raw, 1/2" pipe tapped, or set up with an AN oring. If you need specific customization of this rail, please contact me, as options are available. Brackets to attach this rail to the intake are NOT included, due to variances in injector height, or custom installation. They are very easy to make, and the bottom of the fuel rail is solid, making drilling and tapping very simple.

I CAN MAKE THIS FOR PRACTICALLY ANY VEHICLE.  I might need your factory fuel rail sent to me for measurements if it is not a BMW or if I cant get my hands on one locally.

I installed a Clutch Masters FX700 twin disc clutch in my M3. I  had to make a clutch stop, since the pedal travel was very short. This is made out of a Titanium Valve and some aluminum. screws into the factory location and is adjustable. Are there other clutch stops out there? Yes. Are they custom like this? No.
